Editing Progress
Ok so this is my progress with the manipulation of my final portraits.. I have experimented with different types of manipulation from the more subtle to the more extreme. I haven't decided which of the three types of effects i prefer yet. The first one being very subtle with a grain effect, the second with a more obvious grain and poster effect and the last being completely different in colour and contrast.

of the three I prefer the last one, not entirely sure why either, maybe because it is so different from the original picture.
ReplyDeleteThe middle image would look much better if you toned down the effect, you want people to notice the effect on closer inspection of the image rather than from a distance.
ReplyDeleteThe last image looks good though again maybe some selective toning down of the effect on the models hair maybe? Though I still think the effect is overall really effective
